Favorite thing: The Turist Info center of Koblenz has 2 offices one is located in the Rathaus-Town Hall and the other in the Main Railway station.
You have to visit them before you set off on your exploration.
The offices will give you wealth of info and know-how, so your stay in Koblenz will be exeptional.

Fondest memory: One of my favorite things is that you can book gude to show you the old city, and hear wonderfull stories about this very old town.
They also offer city tour with "oldie bus", wich is great experiance.

Favorite thing: Try to get friends with the inhabitans of Koblenz. They are very warm and hospitable people. I got so warm welcome when I was there. Koblenz lies on very beatiful place, on the crossings of the Rhein and the Mosel. In the city there is lots to see.
Fondest memory: Mostly I miss my friend who lives in Koblenz.

Favorite thing: Burg Pfalzgrafenstein (~1327) and Burg Gutenfels (~1200) - On and overlooking the Rhein River. Burg Pfalzgrafenstein resembles a massive stone ship was built to easily collect tolls to the boats navigating the Rhein.

Favorite thing: Burg Maus (~1356) - Overlooking the Rhein River. The name, Mouse Castle, is a humorous joke considering its neighbouring Katz (Cat) Castle.
