I enjoyed my day trip to this place and visiting Hambach Castle.
I walked around it several times, visited the museum and had a privileged lunch in the castle conference hall.

Only 673 metres high, this is the highest point of the Rhineland Palatinate. From the terrace at the summit there is a splendid view of the Rhein plane.
