ettenaj Says: Very impressive building just outside of the main train station in Cologne, a great place to sit and people watch , and also be entertained by the many street entertainers that gather there, mime artists, pavement artists, live music and much much more.
ettenaj Says: We were suprised to see double decker trains in Germany we only have double decker buses in the UK, it was quite a novel experience. The timetables are very easy to understand even though I dont speak the language, we managed without one wrong connection!
ettenaj Says: One word of warning, whilst on the train station do be aware of the high speed trains that pass through, I found them quite frightening, so stand well back on the platform.
