Use ticket automats at tram stations. If there isn't any you can purchase tickets in some trams too (you need a 'Geldkarte' to pay). Since beginning of 2002 you cannot buy tickets at the driver anymore. Leave a Comment

This is the classic panorama terrace on a big building's rooftop. The problem is you may only see one side of the city (as you cannot go on the other side of the terrace, you pay 2 Euro, you don't get any information nor information tables.

For this price I must expect a wonderful area, absolutely clean & refurbished ... and of course this was not the case !
Fish pavillion was awfully hot & humid inside (i couldn't stay more than 5 minutes), all small lakes were dirty and the over-advertised Pongoland was ok but not enough.
Relax and eat something ... at least bratwurst are as wonderful as almost everywhere in Germany.
