There are in fact, organized daily ferries of day trippers shipped in who ravage the island in search of such coveted goodies from Helmut Lang, Bulgari, Hermés, Versace, Burberry and the like from approximately 12:30-4 pm daily- so it's best to do your shopping before or after these hours if you want to avoid the hoardes of bargain seekers .
