This is partly for me to remember as well as for all of you who might visit Saarland soon and want to taste the very much special and local dishes - the ones that no other state can offer (no matter how hard they try, lol).The very much typical dishes around all Saarland are mostly based on the most famous "raw material", the potato. Oh my, potato sounds so boring, we (the Saarländer) call it Dibbelabbes and when it comes to recipes, we have a very extended creativity to conjure the most magic dishes.Sigh.....
