Bzzzzzzzzz
There was a huge abundance of honey bees all over the southern part of Germany when I visited last year. They kept together in large groups, usually around areas with a lot of flowers. The Germans love flowers.. to have in their gardens at home, or in the city, and outside the windows of their houses; which is probably what attracted so many bees.From my experience, the bees don't normally sting - and I was even swarmed by them while stitting in a rose garden. At least if you don't offend them they shouldn't sting you - but I would be careful around rose gardens!
