for those Brits who miss their home comforts when in the south of Spain it must be great to pop over the border to get warm, flat, brown beer to wash down their fish + chips or fried breakfast;

not for me...prefer the Spanish way!

Thursday nights at The Tunnel in Casemates Square is karaoke night and a great time can be had by all. On our night there we had locals, tourists and squaddies. All joined in and a great time was had by all.

Go to a pub called 'The Angry Friar' at the end of themain street in the evening or late afternoon. Watch out for a couple of Brits who seem like fun guys working in IT. they are my friends and they will tell you all you need to know. Say hi from me!

Walk across the border to La Linea and find 'The Square' (ask the Gibbos for it).
All the La Linean people united with loads of young people from Gibraltar having fun in the square which has many bars where they sell lethal drinks for little money. (Makes a nice change to Gib).
