 JLBG Says:  Is it a lighthouse or a street-lamp ? Given its size, to call it a lighthouse (with no house !) would be presumptuous. Though, even if it acts as a street-lamp it is more than that and is at the same time a navigation light. And occasionally a diving-board !

 Christianne Says:  Contrary to the rest of Kefallonia, Fiskardo (and some parts of Assos) are the only places which survived from the earthquakes of 1953. The evidence to this is the Venetian architecture. However, this doesn't mean that the rest of Kefallonia is not beautiful and picturesque.
