    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Because this taverna is located next to the marina in Kalamaki, it is within walking distance from the boats. Although the food was rather mundane, it was nice to sit next to the beach on a sunny winter day eating fish. The service was typical, but nothing special. The prices were generally moderate to pricey for the small portion sizes that we were served. I've been to much better, but also much worse fish tavernas. All in all, I would eat there only if I were at the marina and wanted something close by and were to tired or hungry to go anywhere else. Just sitting near the sea actually, compensated for the mediocre food.

Favorite Dish: I had fried squid, which tasted fresh, but on the greasy side. My friend had Galeo, a fish that had been grilled and which tasted a bit like swordfish. It was a small portion and hardly enough for someone with a hearty appetite.
