Nick and I were really taken with this building, seen from the carpark in Harokopio. We guessed the bathroom was the tiny building on the back, accessed from the upstairs door and the plumbing leading straight down into what looks like the back of the lorry. I don't think it was quite that way, but certainly the lorry looked as though it was a permanent fixture!!

One morning, observing the daily comings and goings on Koroni waterfront, we noticed this lad on his motorbike, to-ing and fro-ing. He was obviously a delivery boy, as he returned a few times, always carrying at least three boxes. How he drove his bike, let alone saw where he was going, was anybody's guess. Still, it's just a variation on a theme, the whole family being transported on the bike at the same time is quite an ordinary sight!! How these little idiosyncrasies make us smile, while at the same time, this is what Greece is all about.

We noticed a lot of doors were hung with these pretty bead curtains with a difference. They all had bright pictures woven in the beads. Quite eye catching.
