In the quiet small Perdika there actually was no nightlife (which is natural, I guess), it went dark around 10 pm and there were even no proper street lights, however, I just enjoyed sitting outside near the hotel pool at night, because that was the only time when there was fresh air outside :)
In Pyhthagorian town there is a Greek Dance Club, I cannot recall the name. Its a very small stone building filled with tables and chairs with a tiny dance area in the middle. Three Greek singers sing live and anyone can get up and do Greek dancing to the music. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly, and the music is real authentic Greek music. Another favourite place - on Votsalakia beach next to the 'Beach Bar' is Nemesis. A small dance club. But with a very laid back atmosphere - would only hold around 50 people. Very intimate and cozy. Right by the sea.
The most hopping place in Athens was along the coast near a Bar called 'Bobbies'. It was blown up around 1983, and I dont know if it exist any longer. But you could meet a lot of English tourist and Americans. Very Casual...

We made a real fuss of all the staff and punters at the Paradise bar on the main sea front at Ipsos. I know I said about trying all the Greek food, but Steve and his wife, at the Paradise, make a real effort to make the English feel right at home, to the point of having real English sausages and bacon for the most genuine English Breakfast you'll find outside Manchester! Steve and his wife are absolute stars, never failing to accomodate the daftest brush in the house. If you want wild nightlife, you have to go to Kavos. It is said that the locals on the island don't think much of the village, but i've been told that you can't beat it for the 'Girls Gone Wild' atmosphere. For a tamer experience, try Ipsos. It is about 1 1/2 miles of nothing but clubs, bars, and restaurants on one side of the road, and warm relaxing ocean on the other. Far as i could tell, there's no dress code except for the one you make for yourself. I saw everything short of nudity at Ipsos, and I've been told that that's tame for Kavos. Enjoy!

The best is definitely Camelot Club Hersonnissosbrilliant light show, the Djs are so much fun (Mr G especially), and they play all kinds of music, you can dance on the bars and you dont get too much hassle from men anything, but the cooler the better, it gets hot there
There are many small and large clubs around islands...Music is good. Clubs in Greece have a good all-round-every-stream music. Some places they don 't even play greek music anymore !!! No dress code...Jump inside with your shorts or swimming truncs..
