The famous Agiou Nikolaou street (pic 1) is full of cafes, they are always packed with people so choosing where to sit depends on just where you will find a free table. All the people sitting at the outdoors tables, enjoyed their coffee and drinks.

We just choosed a free table at ENTOSEKTOS café and drink some beers there. The normal beer (Stella) costs 4e but with 6e you can choose between other brands like McFarland/Corona/Bud/Paulander. You can also drink greek coffee(2e), nescafe/frappe(4e), natural juice(4e), tea(3e), hot chocolate(4e), fredoccino(5e). Nothing really special to write about it, it is just another spot to relax and watch the people passing by. The name of this café means insideout, we spent a lot of time till we realize what it was as we were trying to read the menu (pic 2), it looks obvious on the pic but it was impossible while drinking the beers :)

Radinou street is a tiny alley that houses some small café and pubs, it’s empty during the day but gets packed during the night. There's no much difference between the one pub from the other, the loud beat will hit you anyway as they come from every small spot, just stand between two pub and you will here in stereo a mix of two different tracks :)

Not my kind of nightlife but definitely a good spot if you like to watch other people, drink something and have fun during the night.

Inteal cinema is located at Agiou Nikolaou street 4, next to the famous café of the street. So, you can enjoy you coffee/beer break with a good movie the same evening. The cinema was active since 1914(!) but it was destroyed 2 times by fire (1932-1940). The building was under renovation during our visit, they are going to have a cultural hall there with not only movies but also art exhibitions etc

Rocky Raccoon is a small café/pub at Gerokostopulu steps. Its name comes from the Beatle song and its usually packed with students from the university. They told me they have some special jazz/blues nights but when we visited the place was more into reggae music, not bad at all anyway. The atmosphere is the usual, students from the university play backgammon and drinking frappe while others drink beers, smoking (the smoke will cover you) and chatting with loud voice.

This is an old lithography workshop (from 19th century) that turned into a small theatrical stage. You cant really imagine this is a venue by looking at it during the day (pic 2).

What you can see here are alternative/experimental theatre plays (I never catched one) or music gigs. On January 2010 we saw FILM(pic 1), a greek pop/rock band (video from their concert here). There wasn’t any entrance fee, the place was full but not packed and the concerts was great by the way (see video here). The bar have beers (3euro) and other beverages.

If your answer to above questions is "yes" i have good news for you! Stop thinking why do you have to do something!!! Just think.... "WHY NOT"!!!!!
You can have fun, good music, good prices & whatever you like!!!Thats why i love that place! I forgot to tell you that is one of the most popular places in Patras!! Hey Don't Forget.... "why Not"!!
