Cubanita is a great latin club in Psyrri which usually has a live band and very often incredible dancers who will take your breath away. It gets v v crowded and hot though so if you can't stand the heat . . . If on the other hand you want to dance like a wild thing and make new friends, this may be the place for you.
Dress Code: Dress up. Girls shld remember theres a lot of Salsa and that if they dance they will probably end up on the bar at some stage during the night!
Cubanita is a great Latin Club. They have a fantastic live band almost every night. It is located in Psyri, which is one of the bigger club districts in Athens.

After the VT meet in the BEE bar, some of us went to the Cubanita club... We went in and there was a Cuban band who sang and dance and i found my self very quickly flying with my thoughts to Havana....
I really liked this place though the place for dancing was relatively very small.
But in a nutshell... if you miss the latin music and you feel like dancing it while in Athens than THIS IS THE place !
The live band of Oscar Ponse and his dancer swill keep you "alive" all night! All people are dancing together, every nigth is a party there in latin and salsa rythmes. In upstairs you can taste the special spicy cuisine.

4. Four to Five mint leaves per drink. (3 for mashing and 2 for garnish at the end)
5. Bicardi Limon (clear) Rum (2 oz)
6. Angostura Bitters (dash)
8. Club Soda (2/3 cup)
9. Straws (the green ones with the accordion top are cool)
10. A few mint leaves and one lime slice (for garnish)
