El Pecado, Athens
El Pecado was really popular a couple of years ago, which probably means its completely out now. Its a bar with a dance floor with seating on two levels around it. You can eat but to be honest the only reason to do that is to get a good vantage point, as the food is nothing special. V popular with anyone who likes a latino beat. Every once in a while they start ringing a ships bell to add a little something to the music. Its a nice place early on but gets absolutely jam packed later on (and has a slightly meaty feel). Best spot is one of the tables upstairs as you'll normally have slightly more space to shake it all about and to look down on the heaving dance floor below. This is definitely not a place people go to stand around and look interesting. Its for people who like to dance :-)
Age group mixed but tending late 20s-30s (tho like most place in Psyrri you get all sorts!) Staff as I recall extremely photogenic :-)
Dress Code: Dress, as in all Greek bars, to impress. More relaxed than many though.
