Goody's, Athens

I think that if you are in Greece and feel hungry for some fast-food you are better off trying Goody's. They have a decent menu and you dont feel like you are eating fast-food,its more like a fast-restaurant.

I generally disagree with the idea of coming to greece , and not sampling the local cuisine , but i understand that sometimes a cheap fast meal is needed. The place to go is Goody's , a popular fast food chain in Greece. It is better than McDonald's and the firm has shops everywhere in Athens.

i believe greece is the only country in the world that mcdonalds dont work at all.the reason ofcourse is goody's .every borough in athens and all main cities around have at least one store. food looks and tastes healthier than other fastfoods so i suggest you after eating traditional souvlaki (ask for pitta gyro apola) try this cheap solution.

Favorite Dish: i preffer cheesebacon hams, club sandwitch, power ham and golden. if you have kids they will love, junior menu.

I've put Goody's under the fast food category, but it really isn't your typical fast food. The meat is much more.."real" than what you would find at McDonald's etc. I think its great if you want a cheap, quick meal.

Favorite Dish: The Power Burger. It's a big burger which cheese and letttuce and tomatoe. And it has some really good sauce on it.

Among fast food restaurants I recommend you Goody's instead of McDonalds. It's by far the best fast food chain in Greece.

Favorite Dish: Try "Club sandwich", "Traditional Premier", the pasta dishes and the salads if you want something else than burgers.

Some countries have their local fast food chains that try to beat the big famous foreign ones. Goody's is particularly successful in that respect and has local specialties plus regular sandwiches that are really Good.

So this is my second fast-food tip... all right, on to the real restaurants now, I did try those as well!
