    Not again!

    Unfortunately, strong earthquakes do happen in Greece, Athens couldn't be the exclusion... On 24/2/1981 the earthquake in Alkionides (in the Corinth Gulf, 77 km west of Athens) had a magnitude of 6.7 Richter and many buildings had damages, even the Parthenon!
    On 7/9/1999, the 5.9 R earthquake struck more the northwestern suburbs, 125 people died... Our houses were dancing, we were frightened...
