Avoid taking taxis from the resort

My friends and I were paying over 20euros for a taxi (called by the hotel) to go to nearby towns for a week. Until Maria (at the front desk) told us the bus schedule. It picks up less than a quarter of a mile down the road and only cost 30-70 euro cents to go to those same places. It's nicer riding in a Mercedes taxi than a public bus but your wallet will think you later.If you feel you need to ride a taxi from the Gerakina Resort, call the taxi service yourself. If you hate trying to follow bus schedules. It's even cheaper to take the bus to a town and ride a cab back to Gerakina.
