Aghios Ghermanos is a beautiful traditional village of the area, named after a church of the 11th century AD with exceptional murals, placed at the central square of the village. The church houses the tomb of Saint Ghermanos, Patriarch of Constantinople (9th century).

You can make a tour to the hermitages at the lake: There are wall paintings on the rocks and the hermitages of the Ascension, of the Transfiguration, and of Panagia Eleousa.
