You will enter the restaurant, you will choose the fish you want, they will clean it up in front of your eyes, using salt water and they will grill it, using perfect extra-virgin olive oil.
Antony (the chef) knows very well the art of grilling a fresh fish and he will serve it accompanied with a sause of lemon and oil.
I have not eaten a better grilled fish, anywhere in Greece, and I have eaten enough.
Don't forget to ask before the main dish, for a "gavro toursi" a delicacy of this tavern, which is small fish, cooked in viniger and olive oil!
Even if you do not like fish much, taste his grilled fresh fish and you will start liking it! :)
But even if you insist on not taking fish, you will enjoy the view, the quiet beach and the whole climate in this beautiful place!
