In most supermarkets and in touristic shops downtown Rethymno you will find lots of different herbs, which are compared to middle european prices extremely cheap. I bought two huge packages of Oregano for about 6 Euros. I think I would have to pay 10 times for that in Germany.

A lot of different mediteranean herbs.
