Efzin almost at the eastern end of the harbour, run by Fortis and his lovely wife, has a wonderfull sea front location, great atmosphere, is more high-end than the rest of the harbour places, and certainly makes the best cocktails. Absolutely international standard long drinks and cocktails, and I am very picky!
Very good place in both day and night time, we never bother to go anywhere else anymore.

We only went here one night during our holiday but the staff were very friendly and the cocktails worth trying. They also have live bands on. Anyone interested they also have the internet available between certain hours. The bar is also open all year round.
Dress Code: There didn't seem to be any special dress code at this bar.

Samos town has a great night live. I'd start with a good food and maybe a glass of good vine. Walk through the streets close to the beach, where still a lot of shops have open. Then maybe have a cocktail in some bar.

Formerly "Number Nine" (from its address), this open-air bar is built at the bottom floor of a house perched over the sea. The terrace is not extremely large but varied enough to provide the customer a choice between more sociable and more solitary/romantic corners (the latter just above the sea, as if you were on a boat). Good music too.
