Orange Bar: Cool music and irrestistable shots!

  • Cosy little bar about 100m from main square, playing a wonderfully eclectic mix of rock music. Ask for just about anything and they'll probably have it. The range of chocolate shots is dangerously good!! You must try the Malteaser or the Turkish Delight or the After Eight, or any or all of the rest!! Staff are also very friendly. It's a hard place to leave!!

    Ios is famous for itīs nighlife and although it was obviously not in full swing in early June we found this great Irish Bar. We went there to watch some football and when we arrived the bar was packed with Irish people. And boy do they know how to entertain themselves. The second the referee blew his whistle for half time they all jumped up on the tables and started singing Irish pub songs and dance riverdance. After the game, when they had won, they really blew off.
    We had a great time just watching them and join in when they played U2 songs, the only lyrics we knew.

    No dress code but the main dancer had red hair and dressed the Irish flag.
