    A bus services the rout from the Capital to Alopronia, which is the port. Caiques are also leaving Alopronia to Agios Georgios, Agios Nikolaos and Gialiskari beaches. The rest of the transport can be made on foot or on donkey.

    It takes place at the 27th of March. The feast includes the icon’s litany and transfer to the house of “panigiras” (the person who pays for the feast), where it remains for whole year, next to a candle always lit.
