This is a great little Pizza place situated just around the corner from the Village square in Afandou. The Pizza's are delicious and are very good value for money. The Pizza's are prepared and cooked right before your eyes & if you're lucky you will catch the chef tossing the dough into the air before he puts on the final touches before they go into the great open air oven.
The Life Garden is a lovely spacious restaurant just a stroll away from Afandou village square. It has a great seating area set in the garden, this is partly covered in the unlikely event of rain. We decided to go here for the last night of our holiday & were not disappointed. The food was lovely, service was swift and the waiters were really friendly. For starters we had Calimari, Tsatsziki, and Garlic bread. For main course I had Souvetsi and Gareth had Stifado. The meals were delicious although the best thing was the bill which was very inexpensive indeed.

The Calimari was delicious.
The Neon bar is situated just off the main square in Afandou Village (to the right of the town hall). The staff here are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We called in for some drinks on several occasions during our stay in Afandou. I have not eaten here myself but have been told that the food is very nice, especially the Crepes.
Flora's restaurant is situated right next to the Oasis Hotel just off the main Rhodes-town to Lindos road in Afandou. There are some tables just outside the front with a spacious dining area in the main building. The staff are attentive and friendly. There is a wide variety of Greek dishes on the menu. We chose a selection of starters & for the main dish I opted for stifado which was tender chunks of beef cooked in a red wine sauce with onions and herbs - it was delicious. The mixed grill and chicken gyros looked very nice too. After our meal we were given a large dish of juicy grapes on the house.
I really enjoyed our meal here & as it was right next door to where we were staying we didn't have to worry about how we would get home!!
