I haven't the name of one particular shop, but what I would like to say, is to take the time and browse the back streets as well.
There are plenty of shops, and they sell everything that you could want. I found the people to be quite helpful.
For Doll collector's, I only found one shop that sold them, and that was in the main area. They did have a big collection though!
Plenty of nice ceramics, and even a Knight's helmet was available to buy!
If you are staying here, go before and after the cruise ships have been in port, it really is a nice time to browse the shops.
When the cruise-ship was in port, it was quite busy.

I found a lot of the souvenir and shopping selection on Rhodes to be some of the best on Greece. Bargain hard and take home some good souvenirs for your friends. This is a better spot to do shopping than many of the other islands

Sorry I don't know the name of this place ('Kuba' I think it says in my photo), but it's a small shop that sells a lotta liquor at tiny prices. You'll know you're in the right place when an elf girl with a squeaky voice sidles up to you and whispers 'Shut your eyes!' She'll then hand over two bottles of booze to demonstrate how a plastic bottle of 2 litres weighs less than 1 litre in a glass bottle.
Snow White is quite the little charmer. She knows what she stocks, what it costs and which ones come in the magic plastic containers.
What to buy: Not everything comes in travel-friendly plastic containers, but if you ask nicely she may be able to find you some empties and decant it for you at a small surcharge.
I know the liquor store further up the street on Plaza Ippokratous (under the arches) sell empty containers. Unfortunately their alcohol prices are a bit more dear, probably because they are on a busier square and see more tourists to gouge.
What to pay: The prices were a steal at the time of our visit, we paid less than 10 euros for a litre of Archers which in the UK would cost more than twice that. It's all down to the island behind a Duty Free zone.

This is a very delightful product to buy and to eat, in the summer days, on the island of Rhodes.
This is a tradition and a pleasure for the tourist.
Unfortunately, the price of this product is not very favourable.
