Swimming, surfing, parasailing
Even though it was cool enough for a jacket, there were numerous people swimming or surfing in Vazon Bay and Cobo Bay just north of it. Hard to imagine enjoying water that cold! You probably can't see it in this photo, but there is even a red parasail right in the middle on the horizon. The area to the right also becomes a racetrack for cars and motorcycles on some days. I saw this one day, but they were gone by the time I got close with my camera. There are lots of wide beaches, so I would guess that sunbathing and swimming would be prevalent in warm weather.
