Rowers from across the Channel Islands have been paddling/rowing in the annual Sark to Jersey rowing race.
This event, which features about 60 boats with rowers from Jersey and Guernsey, starts at Sark's Dixcart Bay on Saturday afternoon in the month of July
The boats made their way to Jersey's Bonne Nuit Bay, leaving Sark in split groups at about 1430 and 1500 BST. A huge fotilla of boats come and watch the race over the 16 mile course. The course has a huge reef to navigate around 'The Paternosters' and it can be a race decider if you go North or South around the huge reef...
