Strawberry Farm - tourist junk
I was very disappointed in the Strawberry Farm. The only thing close to the name was a greenhouse with strawberries growing. Most of the facility is taken up with shops geared toward tourist shoppers. We did stop in the cafe for a bit of lunch which was okay - in fact the fresh strawberries with Guernsey cream were very good. However, it is a place to be avoided in my opinion. Even the woodcarver's next door was just a shop. I guess the carvers were not working that day. All in all - a BIG disappointment. To make it bearable, stay away or just eat the fresh berries and cream. The Little Chapel is not far away and is charming - well worth a visit.
