Helpfulness
If you arrive by train (which is a convenient way as there are some direct train from Budapest and plenty of with one change; and very practical as you no need to worry about blood alcohol in your way back) you can get a luxury transfer to/from your accomondation :)

This is close to the main square but quite easy to miss, there is small street that is climbing to the hill from Rákóczi Pince and directly on your left the entrance to this cellar...
Inside you'll be able to taste lots of different Tokaji they sell by glass (you can alos by the bottle if interested).

You can swim in the river Tisza and Bodrog as they clean enough, but be a good swimmer and look for signs and do not swim where it is not allowed as rivers has strong drift and they are tricky especially around bridges. If you are catious, it is a good sport to swim against the live drift of the river.
You can also take a tour on the rivers by kayak or canoe. If water is not too high and not low either you can get into the maze of dead channels between Tisza and Bodrog.
It is not just sport, but a great chance to see a lot of bird.
You can rent kayak or canoe in Tokaj and get advice where to go.
Equipment: Beside the obvious things protection against moskitos is a must. Also protect yourself against the sun if you are kayaking/canoeing.
