The easiest way to get to Budapest is to fly, I mean, if you are far away like me. To Budapest airport operating the usual big airlines but also some budget airlines and you can get good cheap deals.

Germanwings flies from Cologne and Stuttgart for less than 20 EUR to Budapest. Very good deal with a great airline! Flight Duration is about 90 minutes.

Wizzair called me today,july 4th-they canceled flights Budapest to Prague from next week.........oh,well,back to the overnight train
