I love Budapest. I think this is the best city I have visited. Good people, amazing architecture, interesting story, friendly people, but the only thing i don't suggest you is Formula 1.
Hungaroring is not good for racing, nor good views for spectators. I suggest you not to sepnd your moeny on that and enojy the city

I went to the Hungaroring in 2008 and it was an incredible time. I was seated in the Silver 4 grandstand, and if I get the chance to go back I'm going to buy tickets for there again.
