Very close to Batthyany square on the Danube you will see one of the most beautiful churches of Budapest to my opinion. The church was built on 1892-1896 by Samu Pecz in Gothic style. The roof of the church is very similar to the roof on Matthias church. Leave a Comment Address: Szilagyi Dezso terDirections: Very close to Batthyany square - towards the chain bridge.

Vajdahunyad Castle by ophiro Vajdahunyad Castle (Vajdahunyad vára in Hungarian) is located in City park right behind Heroes Square. The castle was first built by Ignac Alpar between 1896 and 1908 for an exhibition from wood and cardboard but because of it's popularity the built it again from bricks and stones. Today you can see the Agricultural Museum inside the castle. In the court ot the castle there is a statue called "The statue of Anonymus" , anonyumus is a chronicler that wrote the first history book of Hungary (people think he is King bela the 3rd). The little princess (Kiskiralylany in Hungarian) is a statue very close to the chain bridge and in front of the Buda castle but on the pest side. The bronze statue was created by laszlo morton and it is looks like a little child sitting on a tram's fence with a jester's hat. A lot of people come and sit near the statue and picture themselves so it is very difficult to take a good picture. Leave a Comment Address: V., DunakorzoPhone: She can't talkDirections: She is sitting on the railing near Vigado ter. Visit her by trams #2 2A at Vigado ter stop or metro M1 (Vorosmarty ter terminal).Website: http://nor.can.she.compile.websit.es
