Szputnyik shop: Flames of vintage

by vandusvandus

If you are downtown, you might want to check one of the Szputnyik Shops where strolling around is a true pleasure. The boutiques are offering everything from vintage and retro fashion to brand new custom design. You can find everything: stylish jackets, shoes, bags, hats, lots of nice dresses, shirts and ties. The itmes are all for very affordable prices.

Excalibur: iron armours & more

by globetrott

Excalibur is a shop, where you may buy your custom-made iron armours for decoration or tourneys.Obviously there are only a few places in the former east-european cities left , where you may buy them for a reasonable price. I saw such shops and productions in Prague and Budapest only so far, and the better choice and prices might be in Prague !!(There is one more in Ruedesheim am Rhein/Germany , BUT a lot more expensive...) They have swords and a big choice of iron armours for the face or the whole body. They also have modern weapons, but that part of the shop was out of my interest. Prices were not indicated at the iron armours unfortunately.

Lehel tér market hall: Supplies for self-caterers

by bakerman

This is where the locals shop, at least some of them :-)it' s covered and has direct metro-access (M3, blue metro, Stop: Lehel tér)it's very central and you get a good idea of what is consumed locally. Don't expect any specialities, this is grocery-shopping, but there are some cheap shops upstairs for sundries and stuff you might need for self-catering and couldn' bring from home.Besides, it has an "interesting" architecture, like it or hate it, there is an interesting story about it in the LP book. Food, DrinksSundries (cheap cutlery, pots, clothes, but not fashion, sorry ladies ;-) duh

A: Try the gorgeous Gellert Spa inside the hotel----not sure how nude you want it---not like the Deco Spa in Amsterdam, but you are naked most of the time in a spa!
