The 'Nagy' forest is located by the University and it is beautiful during the changing seasons to see all the colours in the trees. It is also located behind the Thermal Hotel with a nice little play ground for the children and a little pond which is overwhelmed by frogs in the summer!!

One of the symbols of Debrecen is the Big Church which represents the city's role in religious life. For centuries the city has been known as the ,,Calvinist Rome".
