One of the big attractions in Gyor for the locals is a full-scale Water Park on the west side of the Raba river. On the warm summer day I was in Gyor, I saw hundreds of people swimming in large pools, lying out on the grass, playing beach volleyball or gliding down the water slides. I didn't have my swmsuit with me, otherwise I would have been tempted to join the throngs.
