The Belgian Pub and restaurant Café du Boucher is the first Hungarian member
of the Belgian Beer Café international restaurant chain. We have been active
in Miskolc since 1998 under Artúr Görgey Street 42. On the five continents
of the world there are 47 partner restaurants of us, as much as six in
Hungary, awaiting their guests. Our guests are welcome in our restaurant
located in the vicinity of downtown Miskolc, close to the Népkert-Public
Garden, in a friendly environment characterized by the flair of the
beginning of the 20th century.
On the ground-floor you will find the real atmosphere of the Belgian pubs,
while the fashionable special room on the second floor, depending on the
occasion, accomodating up to 50 people, is suitable for business, society
and family events.
Language of menu: English German French
In the Café du Boucher the most popular Belgian beer types are offered for
you: Stella Artois of premium quality; Hoegaarden White, the original white
beer; Leffe, the beer of the abbeys as well as the fruit-beers of the

THis restaurant is located in the center of Miskolc at the end of little shopping street: Szécsényi U. - on the Városház tér (square). Everything from the Hungarian style hot dog (Virsli) to the Sztrapcska, (a slovak dumpling dish made with sour cream and goat cheese) was delicious! I still dream about it. It's great to sit outside and watch the people of Miskolc come and go while drinking cold beers or your favorite Hungarian wine. The owner is very sweet. He made sure that everyone was happy!

The food is excquisite, great ambience, friendly staff who are very helpful and always welcoming. The menu is very extensive and they sere great wines as well! It is just the best all-rounder restaurant!
