There are 5 peasant houses in Ócsa.Each building has a different name.You can see how the peasants live many years ago.
There is also an interesting Romanesque-Gothic church.

BY TRAIN.-From Köbány-Kispert station in Budapest you should take the train with the destination Lajosmizse and get off Ócsa stop.
BY BUS.-There is a bus straight to Ócsa from the bus station called Népliget in Budapest (Only take buses that make a stop at "Ócsa,Közsegháza".

It happened to be travelling by car near Ocsa and arriving to a village we had to stop because there was a wedding procession.The people escorted the bride from her home to the church while some gypsies played folk music.We had to drink in the same bottle of red wine.

Is this picture taken in Africa?.No.It is a banding station in a wetland reserve near Ócsa.30 kms.South of Budapest.These people are Earthwatch volunteers,like me;and they came from Kenya where are......
