Above the main entrance of this four-portal building , angel wings guard the entering believers, Above the eastern - orientated altar "The Sculpture of Resurrected" creation can be seen.
A church service in German language is kept on summer, all Sundays. Organ concerts are directed often with renowned performers in the church.

This is Coca-Cola Beach House (as you can see completely abandoned during Spring). From the picture you can tell that we´ve been there at the wrong time of the year... hehehe
In high season it becomes almost a real beach and gets really crowded. many events are also held here.
For more pictures and for a calendar with all the events, please check www.siofok.hu

There are many options of boat rides around Balaton Lake. We´ve chosen the quickest (around 40 or 50 minutes) and cheapest one that takes you to middle of the lake and brings you back. The views are very beautiful and stuff but if I could do it again I´d take a longer ride to Tihany or Balatonfüred...
There was a guy playing accordion (quite annoying actually!!!) and they served hot wine for us...

This is the most crowded area of Siofok´s beaches and you have to pay to get in. Here are the Coca Cola Beach House, nice bars on charming decks and the best area to sunbath.
When I´ve been to Siofok the city and the beaches were rather empty so I could get in for free. But I can picture the scene of these places in the summer...

Considering that I´m brazilian (check the size of our coast on your world map...), it´s hard to call this a "beach" but hungarians do, so I´ll make an effort... :)
Siofok´s coast is divided in 2: the golden and the silver coast. I was told that you have to pay to enter the beach at the golden coast, while the silver one is for free. But when I was there both were free (maybe because the place was empty... I don´t know...)
We were really unlucky and the weather changed for worst as soon as we arrived there!!! Normally the water temperature is around 23ºC, but when I was there it was certainly colder...

The tunnel is between the Varoshaz ter (Townhall square) and Marcius 15-e park (15th March park) under the Tanacshaz utca (Townhall street).
In the tunnel You could see very nice, legal graffities with Hungarian motifs, heroes and landscapes.
