These hand made embroided slippers used to be made in over 40 workshops around the area. However, only two elderly men make them anymore. They come mainly in red, black and blue. The flowers on the slippers are usually white flowers such as poppies and forget me nots. The slippers are similar but each one is hand made and therefore one of a kind.
