    No Street Signs

    July 18

Next we drove through Cork, I had an idea that we could find a B&B right in Cork, boy was I wrong. Driving in the country side with no street signs is one thing, but driving in a city with no street signs and a terrible map is something quite different. So, we drove into Cork and right back out the other side.

    July 19:
At this point we had seen almost everything, outside of Cork, on my husband's list. Neither one of us wanted to tackle driving in Cork again,

Driving around Cork is not for the faint hearted as the city centre is full of roadworks, pot-holes and one way streets...yep I accidently turned off St Patricks St only to find myself the wrong direction of a one-way alley. My , did my face turn red when the local workmen started laugh at me *blush*
