Brown Thomas: Crok shopping

by Caroline.N

Cork people like their designer shopping too. Large, now stocks are in two buildings across from each other. Smart casual and dress up for men, women and children. The more popular brand names. Gucci, D&G, Prada, etc on offer for bags and shoes (sadly their clothing is not stocked in Cork)home firnishings, jewllery, gifts, cosmetics, etc How much have you to spare? candles to D&G bag...you choose

English Market: Food shopping in a convivial atmosphere

by Ruai

The English market should be visited even if you're not planning to buy anything. If nothin g else its got a good place to eat on the first floor overlooking the market. The market itself could theoretically supply you with most of your food needs, particularly in terms of meat and fish. It all makes for a very pleasant, bustling scene. Its open 9-5.30 Mon-Sat Coffee :-) Probably a bit more than elsewhere in the city
