The restaurant is in a house along the main road into the village. The owners live upstairs and the living/dining area is the dining room. It sounds odd but it is very nice and you would not think you were in someone's home while you are eating.
The tables are set with white tablecloths and cloth napkins. This isn't really the type of place you would bring children to; in fact, I don't think they are allowed. On the walls are very interesting paintings by Irish artists.
Favorite Dish: We ate at the restaurant a couple of times. One thing we were served that we really enjoyed was beet and goats cheese in filo pastry with a plum sauce - really delicious and I have made this at home several times since. Other nice dishes were crab with lime and coriander and orange flavoured panna cotta. The price is not cheap but this is very good quality food.

Favorite thing: There are several pubs in the village, some of them quieter than others. All of them seemed to be popular with the locals so if you are the type that likes to mix in with the locals, you can't go wrong here.
