  • Eden..: Great food at reasonable prices

Eden provides a great dining experience. Apart from the excellent food, there is something special about the atmosphere that is difficult to put one's finger on, but I've never left the place without feeling completely satisfied. It never feels too crowded nor too empty, and the general ambience seems to invite good conversation. The staff are very pleasant, and one never feels rushed. Its central location means that it is ideal for a pre-theatre/cinema/going out meal with friends. There are other cheaper places to eat in the area, but its by no means expensive by Dublin standards and all things considered is well worth the price.

Favorite Dish: Everything I've had in Eden has been good, and I can't remember any particular complaints from my dining companions. The presentation of the food is excellent, but this is by no means a device to compensate for deficiencies in taste. The various menus are on the website.

I really like this place. It gets very busy at weekends so it can be hard to get a table. I think you'd have to book from sometime the previous week toget a table on Saturday night but i've turned up twice early on Sunday evening and been seated no problem.

Favorite Dish: Hmmm, I've had the Lamb and the Veal here and both were fantastic. Also the glazed pork starter was brilliant.

Eden: One of Dublin's finest restaurants

    Eden's interior.

Eden's spacious environment overlooks Meeting House Square in the heart of Dublin's cultural quarter, Temple Bar.

It's one of the finest restaurants in the city, where the menu is changed frequently, the service is excellent, and you know you're going to eat well.

Definitely one for the special occasion!

Favorite Dish: Cumin Spiced Vension Stew, with peppers and mashed potatoes, which is the main dish I had about three weeks ago at my Christmas staff outing in Eden, and I can still taste it, it was that good!
