This statue of a pig with wire wings sits right outside the Dublin airport. As waited for the bus to take us to town, we noticed the pig of Dublin airport.
I went with 3 vtr's and rushed to take the first vt picture of our group in Dublin, sad to say Chris already beat me to it by taking a picture inside the airport or at the Shannon airport.

The International Airport of Dublin is located about 8 miles (12 km) north of Dublin.

Dublin Airport (see pic below) is surprisingly huge and has lots of great eateries and shops to do your last minute shopping. I was pleasantly surprised!
