Malahide Golf Club is an enjoyable place for golf maniacs and their families. It is located between Malahide and Portmarnock, two beautifull seaside towns of County Dublin and is well accessible by the M50. It is also easy to get to by public transport (which is great for everyone who didn't bother to rent a car - just like me :) ).
This Golf course consist of 27 holes of different difficulties (parkland, water, trees) and is one of the oldest golf clubs in Ireland.
If you are not a fan of golf, but your second half is - you can enjoy your stay in the clubhouse restaurant which is overlooking the course and be served delicious meals, or just a drink. It is a nice place to stay since, the clubhouse has wonderfull views on Dublin, Howth and the mountains.
The club is stocked with buggies, caddy-hire and other equipment, so you don't have to worry about anything, just enjoy your day!
Malahide Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club was originally based on the grounds of Malahide Castle, Lord Talbot but was later moved Courts to its present site, known as "The Square". Current clubhouse has extensive and modern facilities. Anyone who enjoy a match of tennis should try this one out.
It is easy to find because of it's proxity to the Grand Hotel.
Acturally you can biking,,running or just walk with your loverly dog here. And most of the ppl come here just for relaxing and maybe just playing kitw with their kid. Do anything you wanna do..
