18 ReviewsIrish weather is very changeable so you need to be prepared for all eventualities!!!! You can get all four seasons in one day at times ........
The easiest thing is to bring layers & include...
22 ReviewsBring a Bag for shopping. They do not give out plastic bags, only paper. These will not hold up after a whole day of walking around. I would bring a cloth bag with handles, so that those souvenirs...
6 ReviewsFor both luggage and a bag to carry with you around Dublin, do as you would for any other large city. Make sure you keep hold of your things, and for women who carry a purse, sling the shoulder strap...
4 ReviewsI like to carry my journal with me wherever I go so I can document my experiences. I also like to take along a good guide book, like the DK Travel Guides. Prior to any trip I like to do some...
Dublin is a compact city which is easy to navigate on foot or by public transport. Be sure, then, to have a day bag or small backpack to keep your bits and pieces in while you explore.
You'll probably spend plenty of time afoot so have comfy walking shoes. Rainwear is essential all year round. You may not need it but it's impossible to predict just if and when the skies will open so, even in summer, light waterproofs or umbrella are adviseable. Packing List

I took my trusty backpack just for the fact that I love her, it was not overly needed though...
OK, the one thing that Ireland and us share is the nutty and ever changing weather....bring warm cloths, rain cloths, and of course your shorts! Make sense....good
Dublin has it all, do not worry about not being able to find stuff except Lay's chips :)
Lots of film is needed here! This country is amazing and great photo opportunities around every corner...
There is no beach that I could find but I was not looking that hard, the inland is way too pretty to worry about a silly beach.
Bring lots of money because a pint is around 3 punts and in Canadian terms, that is about 7 dollars for one beer, but man is it good. Do not worry about bringing travellers cheques or cash, there are bank machines around every corner thankfully....the beer takes up alot of money. :)
