We had an awesome tour of the Dingle Penninsula through a company called the Scuid Aracheology Tours. Our guide was wonderful and very friendly. We were a rowdy bunch and he nicely gave in to our picture taking and cake stopping whims. We saw all of the wonderul panorama views, but also some of the lesser known archaeology sites. The tour was small, there were only ten of us, and it took about 3 hours. I definitely recommend it.
