    The Half Door

I stumbled across this restaurant and what a delight. The restaurant is very expensive, but l have to say well worth the price. Not only for the food but the presentation and the staff who were very attentive. The restaurant specialises in seafood.

Favorite Dish: For starters l had steamed cromane mussels with garlic and wine sauce and shared the smoked salmon and baked crab au gratin. We also tried the fresh cream of potato and leek soup. All the dishes come with a small flower at the side of the plate. For the main course l had baked breast of chicken cajun style with balsamic and honey sause, tasted the crispy monkfish with tomoato and basil sauce and the roast fillet of cod. The desserts were also delicious, pavlova, the chocolate cake. If you really want to treat yourself go to this excellent restaurant.
