Fletcher's is an institution in Naas. It is a place of quiet reflection and the respectable pint. Tom Fletcher serves behind the bar and is 100% gentleman. He serves you your pint in its own good time and and doesn't skimp on polite friendliness.
It is worth a visit alone for the brilliant decor. It has high ceilings and wodden panels, with many of original fitting in place such whisky pots and best of all the fully functioning old-time cash register.
There is also a story that Ronnie Wood and Mick Jagger of Rolling Stones fame was having a drink and started to sing, and was politely told there was no singing allowed in the bar :)
Go for the atmosphere. This is not a place for drunken rowdiness but for a quiet pint with good friends - Highly recommended.

Kavanagh's is a great pub. To the front is an old style Irish pub which is the original bar. As you move further through to the back, it opens into a more modern bar which is open at the weekends. Out side is an ample smoking area (In the courtyard there is also a Tapas bar if you get a bit peckish)
This has to be one of Naas's best bars. The clientele in the front bar can be more middle-aged and towards the back it is more the 25-45year old age group. It has a great atmosphere and is comfortable for both a quiet pint or date and also for a group night out. Prices are reasonable enough and staff are friendly and polite.
